Q- How Do I get Those Sweepy Bangs I see on TV?

A- Firstly, you need to start with the right fringe. We have developed the perfect technique for this effect by utilizing "negative space." By creating "negative space" in the right areas, the hair will naturally "sweep" to the desired side.
Secondly, the blowout is crucial. Try blowing the fringe straight down to you nose first. Then move it from side to side with your dryer, but make sure to not blow the fringe up away from your forehead.
Now that it is dry with no cowlicks, take your dryer and blow the hair across your forehead in the direction you want your fringe to go. Get it really hot and then use your cold shot button to lock it in. Add some light hair spray, try STATIK FINISH spray and voila.

Q- How Can I Make My Frizzy Curls Look Better?

A- One thing we discovered with curly hair is that most people love their hair when it's wet. We felt that it just makes sense to start diffusing from wet to capture that freshly washed look. By letting the hair air dry before styling, you allow frizz to set in and it's too late at that point to get rid of it without starting from wet again. We know this goes against what many people say, but trust us, it works.
Start with wet hair and add you detangling product. Try STATIK Silk Spray. Then, depending on your hair type, add your styling product.
For finer hair, use STATIK Get Bent with a drop of STATIK Silk Nectar, for thicker coarser hair, use STATIK Smooth Like That. Run a pick through your hair with your head hung very low, allowing the hair to fall away from you scalp. Now gently scrunch the hair with you fingers to allow it to regroup for a more "ropey" look. Diffuse upside-down, starting from the fringe and working back to the crown. Then start the sides, turning your head so that you use gravity to achieve better volume. Continue until the hair is 90% dry, flip it back and gently move it into place.
